1. SPONSOR

The BLR Factory Pass Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Blacklisted Racing. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platform unless otherwise stated.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Blacklisted Racing, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on the 1st of each month at 12:00 AM PST and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM PST ("Entry Period"). Winners will be announced on the 1st of the following month.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter using the following methods:

A. Free Entry – Spectator Pass

To enter without making a purchase, participants can sign up with their email on the giveaway entry page at [Your Website URL]. Limit one free entry per person per day.

B. Paid Entry – Factory Pass Subscriptions

Participants can earn additional entries by subscribing to a Factory Pass membership:

• BLR Factory Pass ($1/month): 5 automatic entries + 1 entry per $1 spent.

• Elite Factory Pass ($5/month): 25 automatic entries + 5 entries per $1 spent.

Note: Paid entries increase the odds of winning because each paid entry earns more entries into the sweepstakes, and higher-tier pass levels provide more entries. The more entries you have, the greater your chances of winning.

5. PRIZES & ODDS

• Prizes vary monthly and will be disclosed on the giveaway page.

• Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize will be listed.

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Since paid entries result in more entries, individuals with higher-tier passes will have more chances to win.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Blacklisted Racing on the 1st of the following month. The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of selection. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. TAXES & PRIZE CLAIM

Prizes valued over $600 may require the winner to complete a W-9 form, and a 1099 tax form will be issued. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Blacklisted Racing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the giveaway.

• Blacklisted Racing is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect entries.

• By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Blacklisted Racing from any claims arising from participation or prize acceptance.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, participants agree that Blacklisted Racing may use their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Participant information will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and will not be sold or shared.

11. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego, California.
